Movement is a practice, not a punishment.

I'm Nicolò. I started training at fourteen — first out of necessity, then by choice. Ten years in the gym taught me one thing that actually matters: the training that lasts is the one that fits into your life, not the one that interrupts it.

I work with regular people. People with no time. People coming back after years. People who just want to feel strong in the body they have.

No copy-paste programs. Every plan starts from who you are, what you can give, who you want to become — and adapts to you, week after week. Rome is my base; online is where I work with most of my clients, wherever they are in the world.

My job is simple: build you a habit that lasts, get you feeling stronger, and stay with you until you don't need me anymore.

01 How do I get in touch?
I work mostly online, by appointment. Fill in the contact form and I'll reply within 24 hours with a proposal for a free intro call.
02 How much do your services cost?
Every program is built around one person, so every quote depends on goals, duration and level of support. After the intro call I propose a clear plan and a transparent price, with no strings attached.
03 Can I train with you if I don't live in Rome?
Yes — most of my clients train online. Same program, same support, same relationship. The only thing that changes is where we meet.
04 Will I be guaranteed the results I want?
Results come when the commitment is mutual. I guarantee the right program, the attention, the method and consistent presence. You bring the discipline. When those two meet, results aren't a coincidence.
05 I'm a beginner. Can I still start?
Especially if you're a beginner. Starting well is the most important thing: it saves you injuries, bad habits, and months chasing methods that don't suit you. We start from zero, with patience and direction.
